It is equipped with the INPI patented MFOG system: a 304 stainless steel grill adjustable to 7 heights, allowing precise control of the heat intensity and the distance between the embers and the food. This unique mechanism, awarded twice at the Concours Lépine (Gold Medal 2016 and 2019), is what fundamentally distinguishes the MFOG barbecue from all industrial barbecues available on the market.
