General terms and conditions of sale.

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") define the rights and obligations of the company SARL LE STAR and its customers within the framework of the sale of products marketed under the MFOG brand.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCS.

Article 3 – Scope of application

These GTCS apply to all sales concluded between SARL LE STAR and its customers, whether individuals or professionals.

Article 4 – Products

The products offered for sale include in particular barbecues, outdoor cooking equipment and accessories.

Descriptions and visuals are provided for information purposes. Photographs have no contractual value.

Article 5 – Price

Prices are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.

SARL LE STAR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the price applied being that in force at the time of the order.

Article 6 – Order

The customer places an order directly on the website.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices, product descriptions and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The payment methods accepted are those offered on the site at the time of ordering. Payments are secured via a platform compliant with current standards.

Article 8 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.

Delivery times are indicated as an indication. SARL LE STAR cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 9 – Receipt of products

The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt.

Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt, in writing to SARL LE STAR.

Article 10 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the individual customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Article 11 – Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized, used, or damaged after delivery.

Article 12 – Warranty

The products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with the regulations in force.

Article 13 – Liability

SARL LE STAR cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products.

The liability of SARL LE STAR is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 14 – Personal data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 15 – Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, structure) are the exclusive property of SARL LE STAR.

Article 16 – Applicable law and disputes

These GTCS are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 17 – Acceptance of the GTCS

The customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them without reservation before placing any order.
