Return the product
Carefully repack the product in its original packaging. We will send you a free return label.
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will issue a full refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Return conditions
You have30 daysfrom the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reasons. Return shipping costs are fully covered by Barbecue M.FOG.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, complete, and in its original packaging
- Damaged or incomplete products cannot be refunded
- Consumables (charcoal, etc.) are not eligible for return once opened
Defective product
In the event of a defective product or one that does not conform to your order, please contact us immediately. We will proceed with an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs, without delay.
5-year warranty
All our barbecues come with a5-year warrantyagainst any manufacturing defects. In case of failure or defect found during this period, we will handle the repair or replacement of the defective part.
